Payment & Policies

  • A deposit of 25% of the quoted service fee is required to secure your mediation, arbitration, or training dates.

  • Remaining balances are due before the session begins.

  • Payments may be split between parties or paid by a sponsoring organization.

  • Sliding scale options are available on a limited basis; please inquire.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the policy outlined in your service agreement.
